After living in Florida and Oregon, I personally think that Oregon get the award for being the dumbest state in the union…and this Dumbass proves it.
Joseph Johnson, from Happy Valley, OR, (yes, there is a Happy Valley, OR) decided that he would pull off the perfect crime, hold up an ACE Hardware store. The robbery went as planned and it was all caught on camera.
BUT that wasn’t what messed up his plans.
When Joseph took off in his Mazda CX-9, he wasn’t too hard to spot because he had a large sofa strapped to the top of his car.
As you can imagine, the police caught up with him pretty quickly.
Too bad for Joseph, not only was he arrested for robbery, but his car was impounded…and he won’t be able to Netflix and chill with is sofa. He gets to do that in the state lockup.
