LPD Clear May Robbery At 22nd & Sheldon

Lincoln Police cleared up a robbery case dating back to May 12th.  Police then were called to 22nd and Sheldon Street at 8:45 p.m. and talked to a 22 year old man who said he was robbed by three men.  The victim said one showed a gun and knocked his hat from his head.  The men took his phone.  Officers searched the area and found a vehicle matching the one belonging to the suspects.  They also conducted a photographic line-up and the victim identified one of the individuals as 18 year old Lynn Fontaine Berry.

On Wednesday, September 16th, Berry was located at 9:26 p.m. at the Hall of Justice where he was taken into custody.  He was booked for robbery.
