Without getting too far into the weeds, the riots and Portland, OR have been going on for quite some time. They have been making the news and none of it hasn’t been good.
Just to be clear, protesting is a Right, however, rioting is dumb. And because rioting and destroying public property is dumb, so are the people who take part in this dangerous and illegal activity. This guy is no exception.
You may have heard that the police stations are being broken into and being trashed in Portland and while many have been abandoned by officers, they are keeping the security cameras on. The good part is that this particular guy was picked up by police after a break-in and his attempt at arson, with 30 other people. While the other 29 haven’t been identified, Edward Schinzing was. But how? While he didn’t have a mask on nor a shirt, he does have tattoos like many people.

Since he has been in the pokey before, not only did they do a comparison with other criminals, but the police also take photos of identifying marks…like the one above.
Ed is now awaiting his sentencing, which could land him between 5 and 20 years for breaking and entering, destruction of public property, arson and a slew of other charges.
No matter his sentence, he’s going to have time to get his face tattooed on his back.
