Let’s be clear, prostitution is illegal (with select exceptions in Nevada).
Now, let’s be honest, most people do not partake in the world of hiring escorts, but there are those that do. What you don’t do (from what I have heard) is not bring exact change. AND you don’t meet someone in a back alley (escort or not).
Here is what happened in Deltona, Florida. A 20 year old guy had been texting with an escort, Dallas Waiss, and it went so well that they agreed to meet up in an alley to see if they could “kick it”. Things, from the sound of it went so well the first 2 times, that they agreed on a 3rd meeting. From the police report, the price of admission was $95 each time.
Then they agreed to meet up a 3rd time. Knowing the out of pocket cost, the 20 year old showed up with a bit less than the marketed price…like $90 less. Unfortunately for our young John, the Waiss showed up with a male companion, named Jacob Leite, and when the cash was exchanged and they escort and her friend discovered that they had been shorted a few dollars, they proceeded to beat up the young man.
When the John reported the crime to the police, he described the woman as 37 and had a “tattoo of flowers on her lower back, which can only be visible if Wass’ clothes were removed”
Thankfully, the young man walked away with cuts and bruise, as well as stealing his $5 and his two phones.
Waiss and Leite were charged with burglary and aggravated battery.
Our 20 year old friend…he got off scott-free. Most likely because he learned his lesson.
